How long does it take to register/activate a new domain?

Domain name registrations happen as soon as payment is made although it can take a few horus sometimes for a domain to begin responding in DNS.
The only exceptions are where orders are flagged for fraud checks, althoguh this rarely happens and if so you will be notified right away., or if there is something wrong with the registrant information, for exampe if a customer registers as a limited company but fails to enter the company registration number.
