Forwarding Accounts in Exchange

  1. Login to your mail account online at
  2. Go to Options > Create an Inbox Rule...


  3. Click on New to create a new Rule.


  4. For the Section When the message arrives" Set this to [Apply to All messages].
  5. Set the Do Following to Redirect the message


  6. You should then be prompted to enter in an Email or choose an existing contact from your contact list

  7. Click Ok and then Save. If you are Prompted to Apply to all Future messages, click Yes.
Any emails now sent to your address will now be redirected. Any emails redirected will NOT be removed from the exchange account.
