How To: Migrate your site to your Plesk package

It should be noted, that before starting this process you need to have the hostname and FTP credentials of the domain you are trying to migrate over. If you do not have those, this process will not work.
Step-By-Step
- You need to log into your Plesk account with Hosting UK. If you do not know how to do this, please ask our Support Team.
- You then need to find the Website Importing icon. This will import your website from the source server. You can also use the Mail Importingicon to import your mail.
- You can use the simple mode, or the advanced mode. Whichever suits your needs best. Advanced mode should only be used if you have the needed details:
- From here you can run the import. If you get any errors and you are not sure what they mean, please open up a Support Ticket and detail the error so our engineers can take a look for you.
